What is RON? RON is a legal process for notarizing documents by mean of online audio/visual session. 

Can all Notaries perform RONs? No, to be authorized by their state, a Notary must be certified by their secretary of State to perform a RON notarization.

What are the requirements for the Signer? The Signer must have a US social security number issued to them. They must have government issued ID. They must have a computer, laptop or iPad with webcam. They must have lived in the US for at least 3-5 years. And they must have good internet service.

Can this be done for a signer in Europe? Absolutely as long as they meet the above criteria.
